Miles Media ("we", "us") operates milesonmedia.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we will explain it in plain terms.
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. We use that information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
To keep the form from being filled in by bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks the browser making the submission. It does not track you across other websites and it does not ask you to identify traffic lights.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located. This is aggregate and statistical. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will work normally.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests to the site and keeps standard server logs for security and performance purposes.
Form submissions are stored in a database we control, hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the United States, and are notified to us by email. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. These providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We keep inquiry information for as long as we may reasonably need it to serve you, and analytics data for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request.
This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
