Four things we do, and the work you can go look at
Some clients keep us on monthly: running social, writing content, looking after the site, working on search. Others come to us for one job and we are done when it ships.
Both are fine, and we will tell you which one your situation actually needs. A monthly retainer sold to somebody who needed a one-off project is how agencies get a reputation.
Miles Media is small on purpose. Ray leads every account, and when a specialist handles part of the production it is somebody he has worked with for years and stays responsible for. There is no account manager in the middle relaying your question to a person you have never met.
That is the whole model. You get a fixed price before anything starts, month to month on anything ongoing, and the domain and files stay in your name so you can leave whenever you like. Most of our clients have fewer than 100 employees, which is who this is built for.
We build your website from scratch, around your business rather than a template. It reads well on a phone, it loads quickly, and it gives visitors an obvious way to contact you. From the first conversation to launch day we handle the work and keep you posted, at a price a small business can actually justify.
We get you found when somebody nearby searches for what you do. That means your Google listing, your reviews, the pages on your site, and the places online that mention you. Reporting is one page a month showing what came in, not a dashboard export.
We plan the content, write it, post it, and answer what comes back. You approve it before it goes out. The monthly report shows how many people moved from a profile to your website or your phone, which is the only number on a social report worth reading.
Updates, backups, security patches and the small fixes that pile up when nobody owns them. We watch the site so a broken contact form is something we catch rather than something a customer tells you about. Works whether we built the site or somebody else did.
Fifteen projects are written up with the client named and the live site linked: a restaurant running three concepts at one address, a hotel that had no way to sell its own merchandise, a contractor whose best credential nobody had heard of, a historical society with a century of records nobody could browse. Every link goes to the real thing, not a mockup.
Tell us what the business needs to happen: more calls, more bookings, more orders. We will tell you what would actually get you there and what it would cost, before you commit to anything. Call (412) 212-8640 or send us a message.
